Run My Works is a project of Hunter Construction Ltd, company number 14517611. This notice covers enquiries through this marketing website. Pilot workspace use needs its own company arrangements and privacy information.

What this website collects

The enquiry form builds an email draft on your device. It does not submit or store your form answers on this website. Your email app sends the information only when you choose to send the draft. The website does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. The hosting service may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website.

When you send an enquiry

We receive the information you choose to send, including your name, email, company, team size and message. We use it to answer your enquiry and discuss suitable pilot access, relying on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps you request before a contract where applicable. Email is handled through Microsoft 365.

Optional marketing

The product-update box is optional and unticked. If you tick it and send the email, we use that recorded choice as consent to send occasional Run My Works product and pilot updates. You can withdraw that consent by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us. Enquiries without this choice are not added to a product-update mailing list.

Retention and your rights

We aim to review inactive enquiries after 12 months and delete information no longer needed. We retain minimal opt-out information to respect unsubscribe requests. You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing where applicable. Contact enquiries@runmyworks.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
