run my works.
TIME & PEOPLE

Working hours,
with the job attached.

Construction timesheets are more useful when they sit beside the work completed. Run My Works brings recorded hours and job evidence into the same company workspace.

Record the day while it is still fresh

The pilot supports clock-in and clock-out, breaks and manual hour entries. Staff can complete a job sheet to describe the work, then submit their hours for review.

Give the office a clear review step

Authorised team members can review and approve recorded time. Roles and individual permissions control access. Hours are working records; the pilot does not calculate statutory holiday entitlement, run payroll or make employment decisions.

Keep staff records organised

Holiday requests, training evidence and expiry dates sit alongside your team records. Access to personal staff records is restricted to the appropriate person and authorised managers.

Use it on site

Open the responsive web app on your phone with an internet connection. Optional location capture takes place at supported user-initiated check-in or check-out actions. It is not continuous location tracking.
